How to activate a number for SMS

To activate a number for SMS:

  1. login to
  2. Select "Ordering --> Order Services"
  3. Create a new quote/order and select "SMS" service. Here you will specify if you need longcode (DID or TFN) or shortcode, and if numbers are new or porting.
  4. From here we will collect additional information as needed and when the order form is completed we will process the order.

    Let us know if you are experiencing any problems completing the order form or if your new or ported number is not working properly.
